As a professional pressure washing operator it can take approximately 1.5-3 hours to get your home looking clean and new again, however times vary. Contact us to discuss your exact pressure washing needs to get a more accurate quote. 

No, work can begin with or without you home at the time of the cleaning! As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a working outdoor water source, you don’t need to be home. We’ll coordinate everything ahead of time to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience. In some cases, time of payment may be the only time in which the homeowner will need to be present. 

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to remove dirt, grime, and buildup from hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing, on the other hand, uses low pressure combined with specialized cleaning solutions to safely clean delicate surfaces like siding, roofs, and painted wood. Both methods are effective, but they’re used for different types of surfaces to prevent damage.

Not when done correctly. Improper use of high-pressure water can damage siding, wood, or windows, and even etch concrete. That’s why we assess each surface and use the appropriate method—whether that’s pressure washing or soft washing—to ensure safe and effective cleaning without harm.

Absolutely. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are safe for your family, pets, and landscaping. We also take precautions to rinse and protect surrounding areas as needed. Of courese, we do recommend all pets remain inside during the service. 

We do! Gutters, wooden fences, decks, and even patio furniture and rugs can be safely cleaned using the right method and pressure!

Please move any vehicles, furniture, or personal items a few feet away from the areas being cleaned especially those you do not want to come into contact with the cleaning solutions. Close windows and doors, turn off all outdoor lights, and make sure pets are located indoors. We’ll take care of the rest and let you know if anything else is needed.
