We require access to a functioning water spigot and electrical outlet (if needed for certain equipment). Please ensure these are accessible and in working condition. We are not liable for damage caused by faulty water connections, outdoor plumbing, or electrical outlets.
All windows and doors should be closed tightly prior to service. We are not responsible for water intrusion resulting from open or poorly sealed windows, doors, vents, or other openings.
While we take great care to avoid contact with plants and landscaping:
We recommend moving sensitive plants or items away from cleaning areas.
We are not responsible for damage to unsecured furniture, décor, grills, or other personal property left in the work area.

We may need to reschedule services in the event of unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, freezing temps). We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at your convenience.
