1. Property Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Prior to beginning any service, we perform a visual inspection of your property. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage such as cracks, loose paint, broken seals, or deteriorated surfaces.
  
  

• Issues that arise from aging or improperly installed materials.
  
  

• Loose siding, gutters, or roof shingles that may become dislodged during cleaning due to prior wear.
  
  

2. Water and Power Supply

We require access to a functioning water spigot and electrical outlet (if needed for certain equipment). Please ensure these are accessible and in working condition. We are not liable for damage caused by faulty water connections, outdoor plumbing, or electrical outlets.

3. Windows, Doors, and Openings

All windows and doors should be closed tightly prior to service. We are not responsible for water intrusion resulting from open or poorly sealed windows, doors, vents, or other openings.

4. Plants, Landscaping & Outdoor Items

While we take great care to avoid contact with plants and landscaping:

• We recommend moving sensitive plants or items away from cleaning areas.
  
  

• We are not responsible for damage to unsecured furniture, décor, grills, or other personal property left in the work area.
  
  

5. Cleaning Solutions

We use environmentally responsible and biodegradable cleaning products. However, customers must notify us of any specific sensitivities, allergies, or nearby water sources (ponds, streams, etc.) that may require extra precautions.

6. Weather & Rescheduling

We may need to reschedule services in the event of unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, freezing temps). We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at your convenience.

7. Post-Service Appearance

Results will vary based on the age, condition, and type of surface. While we strive for excellent outcomes, some stains or discoloration may not be fully removable. We will always communicate expectations clearly before starting the job.

8. Customer Responsibility

By hiring our services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the service area.
  
  

• Remove or secure items that could be damaged by water or cleaning.
  
  

• Notify us of any known vulnerabilities in your home’s exterior.
